Fly ash is industrial residue from the coal combustion in electric and steam generating plants recognized as an environmental pollutant. contains a high concentration of silica alumina can be used geopolymer concrete. Studies use fly concrete mixture has been developing recent decades. This review focuses on characteristics hybrid concrete, its resistance peat environment. The made by activating using alkaline activator Portland cement. addition with cement forms N-A-S-H bond structure ash, C-S-H hydration C-A-S-H, which more solid stronger against aggressive environment such peat. In addition, proven to able mobilize heavy metals so low leaching rate not harmful ecosystem. proves that potentially innovative promising material future. only acts conservative environmentally friendly
